I. Construction project status

Liaoning Yisen Metal Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 8, 2017 and is located in Xinglonggang Village, Ershijiazi Town, Chaoyang County, Liucheng Economic Development Zone, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. The company's main business scope is metal smelting technology development and promotion services; metal chromium smelting and sales; metal powder processing and sales; operating import and export of goods and technology.

This project is Liaoning Yisen Metal Technology Co., Ltd. It is planned to invest 15 million yuan to build an annual production line of 5000 tons of metal chromium and 200 tons of vanadium aluminum alloy.

II. Pollution standards of construction projects

The air pollutants of this project mainly adopt the measures of spray tower absorption and bag filter to remove dust. They are the current universal waste gas treatment measures. The technology is mature and easy to operate. The fugitive waste gas is naturally settled through the depth of the plant. Ventilation and other measures can effectively reduce exhaust emissions, and all atmospheric pollutants produced by the project can be discharged in compliance with standards.

There is no production wastewater generated in the project. After the domestic sewage has settled in the anti-seepage septic tank, it enters the park pipe network and is discharged to the sewage treatment plant in the park for treatment. The wastewater produced by the project will have less impact on the surrounding environment after taking measures.

After the project is put into operation, the noise generated by the noise source is subjected to basic vibration reduction, plant sound insulation, and distance attenuation. The noise emission at the factory boundary meets the requirements of Category 3 of the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprise Factory Boundary" (GB12348-2008).

The solid waste of the project is mainly the dust recovered from bag filter, the dust recovered from cooling and dust-reducing pipes, slag, waste refractory, and domestic garbage of employees.

The bag dust collector collects dust and cools down the dust and collects the dust from the pipeline. The collected dust is used for production. The waste refractory material is sold after the collection of general solid waste. Hazardous waste is temporarily stored in the hazardous waste warehouse, and the hazardous waste warehouse is located in the production workshop. Hazardous waste temporary storage area shall be treated with anti-seepage on the ground according to the requirements of key prevention and control areas. Hazardous waste shall be collected and sent to qualified units for treatment.

Groundwater environment protection takes active measures such as anti-seepage on the ground as the main protection measures to strictly prevent leakage of pollution sources, supplemented by groundwater environment monitoring and emergency protection measures to protect aquifers. After the above measures are taken, the project operation has less impact on groundwater.
